做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
