做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可(kě )品尝。 -
