做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
