做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
