做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
