做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
