做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
