做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
