做(zuò )法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
