做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
