做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
