做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
