做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
