做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
