做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
