做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
