做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
