做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
