做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
