做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
