做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
