做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
