做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
