做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
