做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
