做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品(pǐn )尝。 -
