做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
