做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
