做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
