做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
