做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
