做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
