做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
