做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
