做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
