做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
