做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
