做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
