做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
