做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
