做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
