做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
