做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
