做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
