做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
