做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
