做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
