做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
