做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
