做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
